My roofing career began in 2011, when I was just 18 years old, working alongside my dad. Over the next 11 years, I had the opportunity to experience nearly every side of the roofing business, and each stage taught me something different.

I spent my first five years working directly on roofs, learning the technical application of different roofing systems and understanding what separates a properly installed roof from one that simply looks good when the job is finished.

From there, I spent three years handling permitting and working with local building departments. This was before most permitting processes moved online, so I learned firsthand how important licensing, municipal registrations, inspections, and building-code compliance are to running a legitimate roofing operation.

Eventually, I transitioned into sales, where I discovered that roofing isn't just about materials and installation. It's also about building relationships, earning trust, and helping homeowners and fellow contractors make informed decisions.

In 2022, I earned my Florida roofing contractor's license and took the leap into starting Bolt Roofing.

My goal was simple: build a roofing company that delivers excellent workmanship without sacrificing customer service. A company where homeowners receive straightforward answers, clear expectations, and direct access to the people responsible for their project.

I believe the best way to earn someone's business is through knowledge, honesty, and follow-through—not high-pressure sales tactics.

Today, I'm proud to lead a company that reflects those values, and even prouder that Leslie and I get to build something meaningful for our family while serving families throughout the Tampa Bay area.

When Isaac and I met in 2019, neither of us knew exactly where life would take us. We married in 2021, and just a year later, we were taking one of the biggest leaps of our lives: starting our own business.

Building Bolt Roofing has been a journey of hard work, long days, and plenty of learning along the way. We've experienced the excitement and uncertainty that come with starting something from scratch, all while growing our family.

Today, we're raising our beautiful daughter while continuing to build a business we're genuinely proud to put our name behind.

For us, being family-owned means more than simply having our names attached to the company. It means treating people with respect, standing behind our commitments, and remembering that every roof we work on protects another family's home.
